Duncan Pflaster is an award winning playwright and creator of The Naughty Jewish Boys calendar. He has appeared as a musician in several shows, and will be seen this July composing music for “The Social Avenger” by Lenny Schwartz in the Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. We have been internet friends since the LiveJournal days of old, and he has always inspired me with his steady flow of new work. I was so happy to have him on the podcast once again to chat about where he finds his inspiration to write and how he goes about getting it done. On June 27, Duncan will be joining me and several other performers here in New York City for the first ever MikeyPod Live! Eve Beglarian, Victoria Libertore, and William Shishmanian will be joining Duncan Pflaster and me for a night of music at the Kraine Theater. The evening is part of the second annual Queerly Festival and I would be thrilled to have you in the audience. All the information (including ticket info) can be found by clicking here. Thanks as always for listening, and if you have a moment please be so kind as to leave a positive review for the podcast on iTunes, or wherever fine podcasts are served. Music:Silly Boy – The Wheel WorkersMorag – Jane Siberry The Naughty Jewish Boys Calendar can be found on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, and here’s Duncan’s website and you should also follow him on Twitter.
