Pilots of tiny planes say the ructions buffeting the Civil Aviation Authority have led to a u-turn that threatens to cost them big time, or ground them completely. CAA has toughened up on a rule that will force common microlight engines to be replaced much sooner than they have been up until now. Phil Pennington talks to Corin Dann about the changes.
