Meta aims to attract employees from competitors like Google DeepMind to strengthen its AI workforce. In the recent earnings call, Meta revealed that investments in AI and metaverse development are central to its growth vision. The company laid off over one in five employees in 2023 but is now redirecting efforts towards an AI-centric future with a personalized recruitment approach.
