On this week's episode Marcy and Ashley talk mentorship. Personal and professional development don’t usually occur in isolation. They require resources, feedback, and instruction, which is why having a mentor is critical. But finding someone you can connect with, who has the necessary expertise, and most importantly, has the time to mentor, is a daunting task. Once you find that person, you have to be ready to answer their tough questions such as ‘what do you want out of this relationship, how can I help you reach your goals, and what's in it for me?’ In this episode you’ll  hear from Marcy and Ashley both long time mentors (and mentees) about the importance of mentoring, finding a good match, and nurturing the relationship so that you both get the most out of it.
