Submit ReviewOn this week’s episode of Looking Up, I wanted to switch up the tone a bit, and introduce you to a more casual conversation with my good friends and celebrity stylists, Jamie Mizrahi and Simone Harouche. We cover a magnitude of topics that carry great depth, and talk about all sorts of things. Whether it’s through accounts of anxious episodes and panic attacks, or the many celebrities they’ve styled and the business they’ve built together, stress or infertility, we learn how Jamie and Simone got through it all, showing support for one another along the way. I hope this conversation will inspire you to create a safe space for more open dialogue between you and those you care about. It’s important to check-in and be honest with yourself and those you hold close. If there’s one thing to take away from this episode, it’s the necessity of promoting the normalization of mental health and seeking support, and I think Jamie and Simone do such a great job at that.
