Members of the health union, Unison, are on strike today over pay and staffing levels. The rolling programme of industrial action will run over the next few weeks and includes social care staff, support workers, drivers and some nurses. Strikes are taking place across the five trusts and many major hospitals will be affected. Staff are already out on picket lines this morning.
