Greetings, Dead Freaks!

I'm back with a chat with the great Melvin Seals, longtime member of the Jerry Garcia Band and leader of Melvin Seals & JGB (https://www.melvinsealsandjgb.com/). We discuss his background, joining and touring with the Jerry Garcia Band, and JGB over the years. After the interview, I share some recent JGB tracks that are sure to get you moving.

Melvin Seals and JGB are about to embark on a lengthy East Coast tour with the always excellent John Kadlecik on guitar and vocals. Then, in early April they'll be one of many great bands on the bill at the Skull & Roses Festival in Ventura, California. Details on all of the tourdates can be found on their website. Details on the festival are at skullandroses.com.
