The Tampa Bay Rays acquired OF Harold Ramirez in exchange for Minor Leaguer INF Esteban Quiroz from the Chicago Cubs. Ramirez, who has been a part of 5 organizations in his early career, will be heading to Tampa Bay in order to fill a need from the right side of the plate. Although he might not be a flashy name that many fans recognize, there are many peripherals that point to a possible solid pickup for the Rays.
