This episode features a conversation with returning guest, Andy Barnes. Andy is an old friend, knowledgeable Deadhead, and a lot of fun to chat with about all things. We focus on the three Grateful Dead shows from May, 1973; getting into why there were only three shows and, of course, the great great music that was played. Following the chat, there is an extended mix of terrific tunes so be sure to stick around for that.

This interview was recorded in February so there's no mention of lockdown nor excuses for our spending time in the same room.

You can find Andy's previous appearances on BrokedownPod in episodes 7, and the two-parter eps 12 & 13. All of them should be available in your favorite podcast app or here on the blog.
