Māori doctors believe a new health authority for tangata whenua will have the power it needs... but warn the devil's in the detail.  The government will create a new Māori Health Authority as part of its shake-up of the health sector.  Meriana Johnsen spoke to Medical Council chair Dr Curtis Walker, nō Ngāti Porou, who says he - and other medical professionals - welcome the change.
