LW1416 - A Few Thoughts About Thinking

I remember with clarity my early workshop experiences. I thought they were going to be great fun out with my camera making meaningful artwork with an inspiring instructor looking over my shoulder. Instead, we talked and then talked some more about images and the creative process. Those hours of conversation, print commentaries, and just hanging about prompted a flood of thoughts about what I was doing and how I was thinking about my own creativity. In these LensWork Podcasts and my Here's a Thought. . . series, I hope to pass on that process of thinking about your creative life. My purpose is not to have you agree with me, but rather to have you think - - every day - - at least a little bit about your creative process.
