The offense was the story on day one of Chargers training camp, but the defense made some big plays of their own on day two. Brandon Staley was making moves to counter his new offensive coordinator with the help of Derwin James and Khalil Mack in a very back and forth practice. While the defense had their moments, Kellen Moore and Justin Herbert were still very aggressive pushing the ball down the field. Dan and David breakdown Keenan Allen, Mike Williams and Quentin Johnston all catching bombs from Herbert. In Moore's offense, it's not only the speedsters that can make plays down the field. Pro Bowl EDGE rusher Joey Bosa said the the defense's focus is on improving the run defense and how he has transformed his body to be more of a factor in the run game.
