The Minnesota Wild failed to pick up either point against Vegas as the Golden Knights scored with the net empty in overtime as John Hynes pulled Filip Gustavsson in favor of the extra attacker. he Wild led 1-0 with 6 minutes to play on Kirill Kaprizov's 37th goal of the season off of a 5 minute Power Play after Jack Eichel received a Game Misconduct penalty for spearing Kaprizov. But the Golden Knights scored to tie the score at one and send the game to Overtime. Jonathan Marchessault scored in OT for the Win. Filip Gustavsson stopped 29 of 30 shots in net. The Wild host Ottawa on Tuesday for their next game.
