The Atlanta Braves had their chances on Wednesday, but it was the Philadelphia Phillies who made the most of their scoring opportunities in Game 1 of the NLDS. 

Max Fried was charged with six runs and could not escape the fourth inning as the Phillies hung on to beat the Braves, 7-6 on Tuesday at Truist Park.
