Self-care is something that’s been on the minds of Nikki & Brie and their new BFF, Lo Bosworth. The Bellas loved watching Lo on “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” but after stepping away from the cameras, Lo began dealing with health issues that couldn’t be diagnosed correctly, so she documented her journey and she’s sharing what she learned about the connection between mental health, gut health, and the vagina because they’re all connected.
Nikki goes into detail about her wild and traumatic hospital visit when she was 19, which shocked Lo. They also talk about struggles with leaky gut, brain fog, microbiomes the role of multivitamins, probiotics, and prebiotics.
The Bellas also get Lo to open up about her days filming “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” high school and college and being on MTV, dealing with the attention, and what she’s kept from that era of her life.
