Peace good people! As Felicia starts to settle into 2022 she is called to look inward as a point of reflection. Reflection is typical at the start of a new year, or journey, as it allows one to take in the events of the past and how it affects the future. However, what also can happen is the comparisons. The comparison to friends, to influencers, to family members, all of whom have led a different path than yours. What could you have done to experience the successes that you perceive of those around you? Or, the more important question, should you be even comparing yourself to their experiences in the first place?

Felicia's new book SOL Affirmations: A Toolkit for Mother's Who Are Investigating Grief's Process is available now! A collection of affirmations for Mother's who are experiencing Motherhood differently than imagined. These affirmations are carefully written with the intention to support Mothers in centering their Love through different walks of pregnancy and neonatal loss. Karega's book SOL Affirmations: A Toolkit for Reflection and Manifesting Light Within is also available for purchase. You can find out more about Karega and Felicia (and Kamaiu and Kamali) at their website SOLandLove.com

What does it look like to look inward and yet still find yourself looking back? How does one navigate the thoughts of self-doubt when reflecting on things that could have gone differently? After all, what clearer vision is there than hindsight?
