Submit ReviewWe begin by introducing LTS. LTS stands for “Little Taco Syndrome” or also known as “Little Man Syndrome” and the “Napoleon complex.” Isidro himself has dealt with being “vertically challenged” and was the object of teasing as an adolescent. With the help of the lessons learned from his family's taco truck, he went from being a cute little kid standing on a milk crate to an adult that understands how important it is to treat people the same no matter what we perceive their limitations may be. The irony of short people being a big target stayed with him throughout his life. Instead of turning around and bullying others for their shortcomings, Isidro’s taco truck taught him to stand tall and treat others with respect. We hope this episode inspires you to take whatever you love and let it make you bigger and better and kinder to all.

Like any great taco, it’s what is on the inside that really matters.
