I loved having Lisa on the first time, so I was excited about round two. We got caught up on her business - the podcast, book, two locations she offers therapy in - and discussed the current COVID-19, Coronavirus Quarantine situation.   

Be clear on things you can't control There are 3 stress hormones released ONLY in tears, so cry a little Write, Quiet, Meditation, Breathe, Follow a schedule or routine are some of the topics we discuss to help people navigate such a difficult and unprecedented time.   Many people have been given the gift of TIME, so what can you do with that? Write a book, learn a new trade or language, etc..
