Lily Gladstone has been nominated for Best Actress at the Academy Awards in March.

She becomes the first Native American woman to be in the running for an Oscar for her role in Martin Scorsese's film, Killers of the Flower Moon. Commentators say it's a sign Hollywood is improving its record on diversity in the film industry.
