We don't determine our futures; we determine our habits and our habits determine our future. One of the things I learned while training for my first marathon was this: you're always training for something. If I get out of bed and go for a run, I'm training to do that again tomorrow. If I skip a run and sleep late, I'm training to do that again tomorrow. It's the little decisions that become habits that determine the direction of our lives. Listen as I explain:
