Submit ReviewIt's December! What does that mean? Mariah Carey songs on your radio and Christmas movies on your TV!
But this being the Cinema Shock podcast, we're not talking about just any ol' Christmas movies. No, there will be no talk of IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE this year, nor will we be discussing the intricacies of MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET.
Instead, we're spending the entire month of December discussing the filmography of Shane Black, a writer of hard-boiled detective stories and testosterone-fueled action movies, who just so happens to also set a lot of his movies during the Christmas season.
To kick things off, we're going to discuss the movie that put Black on the map and made him a major Hollywood player at the tender age of 24: Richard Donner's action classic LETHAL WEAPON.
Coming Up:
KISS KISS BANG BANG (2005)
Theme Song: "There's Still a Little Bit of Time, If We Hurry and I Mean Hurry" by Slasher Film Festival Strategy.
This episode was written, produced and edited by Gary Horne & Justin Bishop, with special thanks to Todd Davis.
