After building an impressive career as a Solicitor after years of training and hard work, Leah decided enough was enough and quit the law to focus on her recovery from burnout. Inspired her experience, Leah’s mission now is to spread awareness of what can contribute to burnout and how individuals and companies can prevent it.

During this episode we talk about the immense pressure lawyers and professionals can face when their roles are emotionally and mentally demanding and how this can lead to burnout.

Leah also makes the point that it is the brightest and most engaged employees that are at most of risk of burnout (and most likely to hide it).

We also chat about why understanding and preventing burnout should be a high priority for all organisations, alongside some of the adjustments that can be made to help employees thrive.
