Reuters/Ipsos poll on the Monday before the Midterms, had President Biden’s approval rating at just 39-percent. And that unpopularity had Democrats bracing for a red wave.  The red wave never came though. In fact, Democrats had the best midterm performance by a President’s party in decades.

We speak with Julian Zelizer, professor of history and public affairs at Princeton University, and explore what  President Biden's newfound momentum can mean for his agenda in the lame duck session, and into the 118th Congress.  Plus, we hear how the Midterms affect his reelection prospects in 2024.
