Our guest this week is Kristian Woodmansee, Kristian is a black belt under Andre Galvao of Atos Jiu-Jitsu, owner of Logic Jiu-Jitsu in Philly, & a multiple-time gold medal winner at IBJJF Worlds, Pans, & Europeans.
