The Knicks lost their season opener in a boring game against the Celtics. Gio is not going to overreact as the NBA season is long. It also seemed boring because we’ve been through some intense baseball playoff games recently so this felt like nothing. Boomer said the NBA needs to take away the 3-point shot because it makes the game boring and flat. Gio doesn’t care about the Knicks game. Boomer said we’re a sports talk station. Jerry is here for his first update but first we have audio of Morash saying Evan was out yesterday for going to Mets games and recording Rico Brogna podcasts. We never got to Jerry’s update as we were deciding whether Evan got sick from going to Mets games and recording late night podcasts. Jerry returns for the final segment of the hour to do his update and he starts with the sounds of the Knicks losing in Boston. Aaron Rodgers was on with Pat McAfee and was asked about picking his nose and eating it on the sideline. Jerry Jones returned to Dallas radio and can’t believe how often he’s been asked about Derrick Henry. He called it a ‘get in your ass type of question’.
