A Kmart worker sacked after intervening in an altercation between and shopper an two security guards has been re-hired on a temporary basis after a ruling from the Employment Relations Authority. Kmart says Michelle Knuth's actions reached its policies that staff do not put themselves or others at risk. But the authority says from CCTV footage her actions appeared to be commendable.
