As the Pittsburgh Steelers won their first preseason game of the 2022 season over the Seattle Seahawks 32-25, both of their top rookies Kenny Pickett and George Pickens passed with flying colors on their first tests. Neither were bothered by their first NFL action and both delivered in big ways. But it was their maturity in how they carried themselves and how structured they played within Matt Canada's scheme that is the most interesting takeaway from the Steelers' preseason opener.
