Halifax Central Library will be hosting a workshop exploring narratives of Nova Scotia Gaels on Sunday. Michael Newton, a Scottish Gaelic scholar, researcher and teacher will run the workshop and he spoke to Mainstreet's Alex Guye about the importance of keeping the life and lore of the Gaels alive and correcting untruths about their language and traditions.
