Submit ReviewA thoughtful gift from the city or an insult against the highest man in the land? In 1891 Max von Forckenbeck would, as a sign of respect and easing of frustrations, gift to German Emperor, Kaiser Wilhelm II, a magnificent fountain that still stands in Berlin today.
