We sit down with Chef and Founder of Edible Beats, Justin Cucci, to chat about his lifelong love of restaurants and being born into the industry.  He shares stories of growing up in the Waverly Inn, making his way to Denver and looking out for the future of his employees by making them owners.  Then we are treated to the old soul, three-time Grammy nominee Roddie Romero.
