In this multi-part series the death of Sia Van Wyck is explored. On July 19th of 2017, seven year old Sia Van Wyck was killed by a man driving a combine tractor while playing in a field in rural Nova Scotia. An RCMP investigation deemed the death a tragic accident that was not criminal in nature however her family, her supporters, and their respected private investigator believe the investigation was fundamentally flawed from the start and had it been handled properly things may have likely turned out very differently. In this episode we are joined by the Van Wyck family’s lawyer James Gicomantonio.
