Submit ReviewWikileaks founder Julian Assange has faced a setback in the legal fight against his extradition to the United States. A UK court has been assured the Australian won't face the death penalty in the US, and will be entitled to argue for free-speech protections in any future case.

Guest: Jennifer Robinson, Counsel to Julian Assange and Wikileaks; Barrister at Doughty Street Chamber in London.
