Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been handed a temporary reprieve from the threat of immediate extradition to the U.S.

The High Court in London has given US prosecutors three weeks to provide assurances he would not be prejudiced because of his nationality, or face the death penalty if he is extradited. Lawyer Jennifer Robinson says the US shouldn't be granted time to provide insurances, but should drop the case altogether.

Guest:Jennifer Robinson, human rights lawyer and a member of Julian Assange's legal team
