The Washington Nationals made a move yesterday signing former New York Mets 1st round pick, Dominic Smith, to a one year deal to fill the void of LF/1B. The Nats needed a lefty bat, and they can now check that box off as well. This may not be a sexy move, but Ryan explains why it could be a good, if not GREAT move for the rebuilding Washington Nationals. Also, Ryan flips the page tom look at the 2023 season. He takes a look at two guys who need to take the biggest steps up this year in order for the Nats to be on track when it comes to this rebuild. Ryan then ends the show discussing who the Nationals will take #2 overall in the MLB Draft this July, as it is clear & evident who they will be eyeing in the draft.
