First, Joe Lauzon joins the show before he faces Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs Emmett in Austin, Texas this weekend. After Matt tries to convince Joe to try virtual reality video games, Joe details why he has not fought in the UFC since 2019, and explains how he tries to instill a culture of scrappiness at his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school.

Then Guram Kutateladze makes his UFC Unfiltered debut ahead of his bout against Damir Ismagulov on Saturday night. He opens up about his interest in drawing and architecture before committing to combat sports full-time, shares a story about his first mixed martial arts fight at age eleven, and how his upbringing in Georgia, Russia, and Sweden influenced his view on life and fighting.

Jim and Matt close the show with a few extra messages from friends Aleks Paunovic and Ray Longo congratulating them on their 600th episode of UFC Unfiltered. They also make picks for UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs Emmett, including the main event between UFC Featherweights Calvin Kattar and Josh Emmett, and the Welterweight clash between Kevin Holland and Tim Means.
