A lot of musicians experience some kind of stage fright. Grand Rapids multi-instrumentalist, Jes Kramer, is no different. But for Jes, there’s a therapeutic quality of performing. While she’s on stage, she practices something called Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - or EMDR. It’s a psychotherapy tool used to process anxiety and trauma.
