Submit ReviewAfter giving up 16 runs to the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night, the Chicago White Sox came back on Wednesday and limited Boston to 7 hits and just 1 run. White Sox got a huge 3 run homerun from Jake Burger and beat the Red Sox, 3-1. Chicago White Sox starter, Lucas Giolito, allowed a lot of baserunners and issued 4 walks but was able to get through the 6th inning with limited damage. He threw 101 pitches which is a team high. Good pitching will always beat good hitting. White Sox bullpen was up for the challenge and Liam Hendriks got his 14th save of the year. The White Sox send Dallas Keuchel to the mound on Thursday as they try for the series win.
