Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies have embraced hybrid working models. And with the added flexibility that comes with working from home, over a third of Australians are still working remotely. 

However, a leading career strategist has warned there may be hidden pitfalls to working from the kitchen table. Saying that while meetings can be conducted online, if we're not in the office, there's a risk we miss crucial networking opportunities and the ability to learn from those around us.
