The new leader of the Labour party, Sir Keir Starmer has four years until the next general election in which time he has to reunite the party, take back voters lost to the Conservatives, and ideally enough to make him Prime Minister. He seems like the sensible choice, the antithesis to Jeremy Corbyn and the opposite of Boris Johnson. But what IS he - and can he ever quicken the pulse of voters?
