"The Territory" had its world premiere at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, where critics hailed it for its sound design, cinematography, and enveloping look at the Uru-eu-wau-wau people in Brazil. With Darren Aronofsky as one of the producers, the film was eventually picked up by National Geographic and has been making the rounds at various other festivals, where it has won other prizes. Director Alex Pritz was kind enough to spend a few minutes talking with us about his work on the film, which you can listen to down below. The film is up for your consideration in this year's Academy Awards for Best Documentary Feature. Thank you, and enjoy!
