Mike Rianda's feature-length directorial debut "The Mitchells vs. The Machines" is premiering this weekend on Netflix after having a long road to release. A six year long project, the film first started at Sony with "Spider-Man: Into The Spier-Verse's" creative team and the producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller before moving to Netflix due to the COVID-19 pandemic, receiving a name-change (formerly titled "Connected") and now, it's finally here for the world to see. Mike was kind enough to take a few minutes to talk with us about the film's themes, its characters, the animation process and more! Check out below and be sure to watch the film on Netflix.
