Submit ReviewTravis Levasseur is a new media artist living and working in Baltimore, MD. His multimedia installations have been exhibited at Big Law Country Club in Brooklyn, NY, and Terrault Contemporary in Baltimore, MD. His single-channel video work has been screened at Vox Populi in Philadelphia, PA, 2640 Space in Baltimore, MD, Macao Milano in Milan, IT, and the Borscht Film Festival in Miami, FL. He has received fellowships at the Elsewhere museum in Greensboro, NC, and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. He is a 2019 recipient of the Robert W Deutsch Foundations Rubys Artist Grant and 2021 recipient of the Maryland State Arts Councils Creativity Grant. In 2022 he became a Baltimore Office of Promotion and the Arts Sondheim semi-finalist. He received his BFA in Film and Video from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2013. In his free time he likes talking to electronics about their feelings.
