"After Yang" had its world premiere at last year's Cannes Film Festival, popped back up again at this year's Sundance Film Festival, and is now available to see in theaters and stream at home on Showtime. The follow-up to his 2017 feature debut "Columbus," Kogonada's profound sci-fi exploration of what it means to be human is a meticulously designed wonder which engages both intellectually and emotionally. He was kind enough to spend some time talking with me about his latest film, which you can listen to down below. Please take a listen and be sure to see this remarkable film. Thank you.
