This week on Inside the Arts, the Ashé Cultural Arts Center is celebrating an historic photo event. Friday marks the 21st Anniversary of Great Day in New Orleans. The photo shoot brought hundreds of African American artists from all disciplines to Congo Square back in 1998. Ashé co-founder Carol Bebelle will join us. And, Tony Award-winning actress and singer Beth Leavel, known for her roles in The Prom and The Drowsy Chaperone opens the season for the Broadway @ NOOCA concert series.
