Canada's inflation rate has inched up yet again to a new 31-year high of 6.8 per cent. And groceries, in particular, have spiked by 10 per cent over this time last year. We'll talk to Julie Van Rosendaal about how to make your food and budget stretch. And in our second half, it's Family Caregiver Month in B.C. We'll hear about a University of Victoria livestream panel discussion about dementia and caregiving.
