It's no question that the Indoorswomen are big Sherlock Holmes fans and we are particularly fond of the modern-day adaptation "Sherlock" (BBC/PBS). We are, in fact, such big fans, that we had to split this episode into two parts due to excessive yammering. See you in two weeks for the (not so) stunning conclusion.

Today we are discussing “Elementary, My dear Watson”, and other things Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes never said. We are talking modern Sherlock adaptations, primarily the BBC show, the fourth series of which premiered this week. What do we like and dislike about these modern imaginings? What are our theories? What are our favorite episodes? And, the most important question of them all: is Benedict Cumberbatch handsome?

P.S. CPR was invented in 1956 and became a prominent life saving device in the early 1960s.

Note: if you haven't seen the BBC/PBS Sherlock adaptation, this episode contains some spoilers. Also, GO WATCH IT!

As always, our awesome intro/outro music is "We are Highscore" by Krackatoa!
