Submit ReviewRecently our home was broken into, and I was home alone. I'm very lucky and grateful I'm ok and my family and home are ok. I'm sharing this here because a few practices, specifically awareness practices, had a hand in keeping me safe and calm during the invasion, and healthy in my recovery from the event.
I'm sharing here in case useful for anyone who has gone through something similar to use for recovery and for everyone to stay a little safer and aware of your environment in many everyday situations.
