Halifax's chief administrator has apologised for reports of racist behaviour at the city's transit bus garage - in the face of a ruling from a Nova Scotia human rights board of inquiry. It ruled in the case of a white employee married to an African Nova Scotian woman. It also shed new light on the case of Randy Symonds -- a former employee who died more than a decade ago.
