2020 has seen massive changes to the way we live and how we get our jobs done. And, right now, it seems difficult to picture what the future of work will look like in a post COVID-19 world. The Sapient Insights team recently completed its 23rd Annual HR Systems Survey. For this 2020/2021 survey report, new questions were added to see how the more than 1,900 participating organizations are addressing COVID-19 impacts on their organizations.
