The big news on Monday? ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that there are serious doubts around Memphis guard Ja Morant's availability for Game 2 on Wednesday night. While the Grizzlies have played well in the past without Morant, losing their star would obviously be a massive blow to a team already down 1-0 in the series. The Lakers ran away with Game 1 after Morant sat in the fourth.

So what would change in the Memphis attack if Morant can't go? Would it mean more Jaren Jackson Jr. in the post, a place where he feasted against every defender the Lakers tried who wasn't named Anthony Davis. How might the Lakers respond?

Would it make sense for Darvin Ham to go bigger, as a couple listeners/viewers have suggested? Maybe some Mo Bamba, or even Tristan Thompson? (Spoiler alert... no.)

And why didn't Davis get even a single vote anywhere in the Defensive Player of the Year Award voting? He actually played more minutes than Jackson Jr. (your runaway winner), even while playing in fewer games. It says a lot about how the media thinks of these awards, the vagaries of determining the league's most impactful defensive player, and a lot about the way A.D. is perceived more broadly.

HOSTS: Andy and Brian Kamenetzky

SEGMENT 1: What happens if Ja Morant misses Game 2 for Memphis?

SEGMENT 2: If Ja is out, does that mean more of Jackson Jr. in the post? Is that a problem for L.A.? (And is it a problem that playing different bigs might solve?)

SEGMENT 3: Why didn't Anthony Davis get even a single point anywhere in the DPOY voting?
